Chef and entrepreneur Saurabh (Aka Saab) wanted to bring something close to his heart to Melbourne — combining his love for charcoal grilling with authentic Indian flavours and recipes passed down through generations. There’s something magical about cooking fresh Australian produce over real charcoal, right in front of guests, and watching their eyes light up at the first bite.
